I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

In this quick tip episode, we are talking about something I see so often in the online space.  People being stuck in indecision fatigue.  I see posts in Facebook groups where people are asking for feedback on inconsequential things in their business instead of putting it out there and letting their clients and customers decide.

Many people often wait for other people’s approval and that is exactly what is holding them back.  We are not making a decision because we think that if we make a decision, it’s going to be the wrong one.

Over the years I have learned that if you want to be an effective, optimized CEO, you must be decisive.  You make decisions and live with the results of those decisions.  If they work out, great!  Do more of that! If something doesn’t work, figure out why and try something new.

Tune in to figure out why this might be the reason you are not making the strides you want to in your business.  Stop asking other people what their thoughts are.  Make a decision, get it out there and see what the response is.

Be decisive.  This is one of the key characteristics of an optimized CEO.  If you are ready to optimize your business for seven figures I invite you to check out my newly up-leveled Accelerator coaching program.  This program is for coaches, course creators, and online experts who are feeling overwhelmed and are unsure of what steps to take in their business.

What you think is keeping you stuck and keeping you from growing your business is not actually the problem.  You must optimize your mind, your sales, your time, and how you look at generating revenue.  If you are ready to think differently and think bigger about your business, head to www.rickmulrady.com/accelerator to find out more.

Are you undervaluing your services? Do you price them lower than you want to because you’re scared people won’t pay more?

Jason Brown used to feel the exact same way. Now he’s close to making seven figures, and really only working two hours a week. And today he’s here on the podcast to tell us how.

Jason Brown is a stock market coach and options trader and runs Power Trades University where he coaches an online community of stock and options traders.

Not only is Jason sharing his number one secret for selling his membership, he’s also talking about the growth of his business, how he has navigated increasing prices, and how he has actively shaped it to be a business that he loves.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • How Jason’s membership has evolved
  • What the creation of a new offer looks like
  • The importance of charging what you’re worth
  • What makes investments empowering
  • Why you need to be listening to your customers
  • How to resonate with the people that you want to attract
  • Why Jason decided to stop offering refunds
  • Ways to prevent resenting your business

  • The value of having work-life balance

It’s so great to see the success of Jason’s business and what that has done for him and his family. It never ceases to amaze me how much freedom the online world can bring to anyone who’s willing to put in the work.

If you, like Jason, are an online course creator, online coach, or you have a membership program and you're ready to optimize your business towards seven figures, but you're not sure what you should be doing to get there, I want to invite you to apply for my all new accelerator coaching program. I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Let me ask you a question: what does integrity mean to you?

Today I want to address a question I saw recently in a Facebook group. Should you let people buy after a deadline?

Inevitably, when you have a deadline in place, you will have people reach out to you afterwards explaining why they missed it and asking if they can still get in. Now, you might feel inclined to say yes because you don’t want to turn away revenue. I hear you. I used to feel the same way. But today I want to talk about why I don’t do that anymore.

If you’re someone who’s letting people buy after your deadline, tune in to find out why that might not be the best idea.

Do you ever hear about 6-figure launches and wonder how in the world they pulled that off? Or how you could start making money like that?

We are lucky enough to have Kerry Egeler here today to tell us how he went from a live webinar launch with zero sales, to a 6-figure live webinar launch in just a few months. His secret? Learning from his mistakes and continuing to test new ideas. We’re discussing job security, the ups and downs of live webinar launches, mindset changes, and investing in yourself.

Kerry Egeler is an online entrepreneur and founder of Shirt School, an online course and community that helps online T-shirt and apparel sellers grow and scale their business.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • How you can be in control of your job security
  • Why a shift in mindset can change everything
  • The importance of learning and moving on from your “failures”
  • The value of recognizing when something isn’t sustainable
  • How to make your live webinars as successful as possible
  • How Kerry improved a live webinar in just five hours
  • The power of confidence
  • What it looks like to transition a live webinar launch to evergreen
  • The importance of looking at your numbers to make decisions about your business
  • Why investing in yourself is a game-changer

I love hearing from accelerator students and learning about the amazing things they are doing in their businesses. I am amazed how quickly Kerry learns and grows. It took me years to learn what he’s mastered in just a few months.

If you are an online course creator or coach and you're averaging at least $5K a month in your online business, but now you’re feeling stuck and unsure what to do next, then I want to invite you to apply for my accelerator coaching program.

Accelerator is a 12-month coaching program for online experts who want to take the guesswork out of optimizing and accelerating the growth of their online business. To learn more or to apply, go to www.rickmulready.com/accelerator.

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Today we are talking about testing your ads. Now, if you’ve been with me for a while, you know that I am ALWAYS telling you to be testing. And that is because it is so valuable to know what is and is not working in your ad campaigns.

I want to walk you through what we’re doing in the back end of our ad campaigns, and what we’re testing out, so that you can see how it all works. I also want to tell you why I’m testing some of the things that I normally teach you NOT to do!

If you’re running ads with no idea what’s actually working and what’s not, this episode is here to save you!

If you’re a course creator or online coach and you want to create more freedom in your life and scale your business to seven figures, I’m going to tell you right now that what you think you need isn’t actually going to solve the problem. You need the tools to make the transition from stuck online entrepreneur to an Optimized CEO. To find out more go to www.rickmulready.com/accelerator.

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

What if I told you that the simpler your business, the better? That the simpler your business is set up from an offers perspective, the faster you're going to grow from a revenue perspective? Seems counterintuitive right?

In today’s episode, let me explain to you why this works. So often I see students that are trying to overcomplicate their business. They're trying to do too much because they think that that is the key to growing and scaling. It seems logical that if you add more to the business, then that will add revenue, but actually the opposite is true. And believe me, I made the same mistake when I was starting out, and I learned this the hard way.

Simplifying is the key. Instead of adding more offers, optimize what’s already working for you. Not only is that going to bring in more revenue than overcomplicating, it’s also going to make your own life easier!

If you’re trying to juggle multiple offers and just not getting the results you want, tune in to this quick tip episode and find out how to get things running the way you want!

And, if you’re a course creator, an online coach, or maybe you have a membership site and you're ready for a consistent five or six-figure months, but you're not sure what you should be doing to get there, I want to invite you to apply for my newly up-leveled monthly accelerator coaching and mastermind program. It’s now open by application only, so to learn more or apply, go to rickmulready.com/accelerator.

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Today we’re diving into what a lead magnet is and how to create an effective one. It’s something that a lot of people find overwhelming, but I’m telling you now, it doesn’t have to be that complicated!

When we say “high converting” lead magnet, that’s really all relative. What’s high converting for one person, might not be for another. Like so many things in business, it’s all about figuring out your own audience and what they need! Once you’ve figured out what it is they need and how to give it to them, congrats! You have everything you need to create a successful lead magnet!

In this episode I’m sharing with you the four questions that you should ask yourself when creating a lead magnet, whether this is your first or fiftieth attempt. We’re also talking about what a lead magnet is, why they still have value today, and how to figure out what converts best for you.

If you’ve been wondering how to set up your own lead magnet, or how to get better results from one you already have, this is the episode you’ve been waiting for!

If you’re a course creator, an online coach, or maybe you have a membership site and you're ready for a consistent five or six-figure months, but you're not sure what you should be doing to get there, I want to invite you to apply for my newly up-leveled monthly accelerator coaching and mastermind program. It’s now open by application only, so to learn more or apply, go to rickmulready.com/accelerator.

Do you feel like you need permission to say that you have an idea worth committing to? Are you trying to prove to yourself and others that you have value? Imagine how free you would feel if those thoughts weren’t holding you back.

Today’s guest, Melissa Webb, felt like she needed permission. She even asked for my permission, and you know what I told her? Of course you have my permission but you don’t NEED it. Lifting that mindset block changed everything. She went from trying to please everyone and doing way too much, to offering a simplified service to an audience she truly wanted to serve.

Melissa Webb creates online writing communities to support and encourage families in home education. She is the owner and creator of Write On! Melissa is a published children's book author and a co-host on The Mel & Kel Show podcast.

Melissa is a former teacher who left the classroom to start an online business teaching writing to home school teachers. I asked her to join me today to share her journey from making money as a side hustle to going full time with her business, and the struggles that she's faced along the way. From mindset blocks to moving beyond referrals and creating a predictable stream of leads in sales.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • How Melissa transitioned from teaching to starting an online course
  • How to stop asking for permission
  • Why you should take time to reflect on where you’ve been
  • The problem with trying to please everyone, and how to stop
  • How changing your mindset will grow your business
  • Why simplifying your offers will attract more business
  • The importance of thinking about your thinking
  • How Melissa overcame fear around using Facebook and Instagram ads
  • How hiring help can prepare you to handle growth

If you’re ready to stop asking for permission and break down those mindset blocks, this is the episode for you! It’s time to stop trying to prove yourself, and start scaling the business you really want!

If you're an online expert like Melissa, and you'd like my help taking your online business to the next level, I invite you to apply for my new monthly accelerator coaching and mastermind program. If you're an online expert who has already achieved a certain level of success, but you’re not sure how to get to the next level, what you don’t need is another course or more books to read. You need a cohesive growth strategy, coaching, support, accountability and community. Apply now for my monthly accelerator program at www.rickmulready.com/accelerator.
