I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Today I want to talk to you about three “must-have” Facebook ads audiences that you need to be including in your campaigns. Your warm audiences, your cold-ish audiences, and your cold audiences.

We’re talking about how to set up your ad sets the best way from an analytical standpoint. As you know, I’m always in favor of reviewing and analyzing your data so that you can get the most out of it.

It’s all about keeping it simple and setting your campaign up in a way that allows Facebook’s algorithm to work for you.

If you want to be getting the best bang for your buck when it comes to Facebook and Instagram ads, stay tuned.

Let me know inside the new Optimized CEO Community Facebook group if anything jumped out at you today. I want to hear what your takeaways were.

The Optimized CEO Community Facebook group is for online course creators, membership creators, and online coaches who want to optimize their business to six or seven figures. You can join us at www.rickmulready.com/group to surround yourself with other course creators with the same goal as you.

What fears are holding you back from going after your dreams?

My guest today is Ana Katz who is here to share how she overcame her fears and built a thriving business.

Ana is a Facebook & Instagram Ads Strategist who works with online course creators and e-commerce businesses that have an eye on the future and are ready to make a bigger impact. She focuses on getting her clients bigger results, major traffic, more sales, and customers who can’t stop talking about your brand.

She has some impressive experiences to share with us today. We’re getting into how she overcame the fear of putting herself out there, how she went from a corporate job to having her own business, how the pandemic led her to create a coaching program, and how she helped one of her clients go from 300 to 10,000 people on her email list in four weeks.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • What it was like for Ana to take the jump and leave the corporate world
  • How to overcome the fear of putting yourself out there
  • Why getting results takes so much more than just running ads
  • The importance of nurturing relationships
  • The value of truly understanding your audience
  • The impact of showing up
  • How to overcome imposter syndrome
  • Why you have to be able to say no

Not everyone is willing to put in the work to overcome their fears. But Ana is the proof that the work is worth it!

When most online course creators try to figure out what makes other course creators successful, they usually start by asking, “what are they doing?”

Does that sound like you?

What you don't realize is that you're asking the wrong question. The better question to ask is “what am I doing that they're not doing?”

And it's often hard to answer that question for yourself because you're too close to your own business.

Feeling like you're spinning your wheels and staying stuck is one of the most frustrating places to be in your online business, especially when you see other course creators who are getting the success that you're working so hard to achieve.

Remember that you do not have to do this alone. There is a brand new community of like-minded online course creators waiting for you inside the Optimized CEO Community Facebook group. This is my brand new group and I would love for you to join us!  Head to www.rickmulready.com/group and I’ll see you inside!

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Have you ever told yourself that you’re not qualified to be doing this work? That someone else could do it better than you? That you’re not good enough?

You're not the only one who has those thoughts and feelings. We call it imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is a psychological term that refers to a behavior pattern where people doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud.

In this episode, I’m going to share some of the scientific research into imposter syndrome, as well as my own experience with it, and what I see from my students dealing with it.

I’m also sharing five things that can help you move past imposter syndrome.

If you want to hear more like this, I want to invite you to join my brand new Optimized CEO Community Facebook group. This is a Facebook group exclusively for online course creators, membership creators, and online coaches who want to optimize their businesses to six or seven figures.

If you're stuck in your online business, you cannot find consistent growth, and you're unsure about the next steps you should take, the optimized CEO community is for you. You can join at www.rickmulready.com/group

Everybody talks about revenue, right? But what no one really talks about is profit.

I've invited on my bookkeeper, Emily Sandberg. In addition to being a bookkeeper, she's a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coach School. She has completely transformed how I look at the numbers in my business, and we’ve never been more financially healthy.

I asked her to share with us how she looks at online businesses from a financial perspective. We talk about how to plan for profit in your business, how much you should keep in your business account, money mindset, a new way to think about how you price your offers, and at what point you should consider bringing on a bookkeeper.

We’re challenging beliefs around what it means to have a seven-figure business as opposed to, a few-hundred-thousand-dollar business. Emily also shares an example of one of her clients who was doing $1.2 million in business, yet they were losing $20,000 a month.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • The financial mistakes that a lot of online course creators and coaches make
  • Why you should hire a bookkeeper before you think you need it
  • What you can be doing to stay on-track if you don’t have a bookkeeper yet
  • How to build profitability into your business
  • How to create new programs from a cost and profitability perspective
  • Why you should use forecasting to make better decisions for your business
  • How much money you should keep in your business account
  • Where the mind can get into trouble when we start thinking about numbers

We always see what's going on above the water. Just the tip of the iceberg. When you look at someone else’s business and start to compare yourself to them, remember that you’re not seeing what’s going on under the water, and sometimes it's messy. In order to find success, you need to focus on what’s going on under the water in your own business.

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Do you ever feel like Facebook is working against you and your ads? Well, I'm here to reassure you that it's not. The secret is knowing how to work with Facebook to get the best results.

It all comes back to a principle that you hear me talk about a lot around here: simpler is better. The simpler you can set up your ad campaign, the better results you're setting yourself up for.

And the reason for this is Facebook's delivery technology and machine learning. You might know it as: the algorithm.

When you play nice with delivery technology, that's when you're setting yourself up for success, and that's what I want to share with you in today’s episode.

I will be sharing more about this topic on a Facebook Live in the Optimized CEO Facebook community soon, so be sure to join the group if you haven’t already. It's exclusively for online course creators, membership creators, and online coaches who are looking to optimize their businesses to six or seven figures. Join us at www.rickmulready.com/group.

Are you stuck on pricing your flagship offer? Is it too high? Is it too low? This trips a lot of people up which is exactly why I wanted to put together this episode for you today.

Last week we talked about how to create a flagship offer and why. If you haven’t heard that episode yet, go back and listen to that one first! It will set you up for this episode where we’re getting into how to price your flagship offer. This is going to be helpful for you if you’re just getting started in your online business as a course creator, or if you're further along and you want to redefine or even replace your offer.

I’m giving you ten things to think about when it comes to pricing your offer. From market research to human psychology, there are a lot of things that people don’t think about when pricing their offer….and these things can make your life easier!

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • Why you should sell your program before you create it
  • How to base your pricing on the value that your provide
  • Why you should take a look at what other people are charging in your market
  • Not to underestimate the power of perceived value
  • What it means to work backwards from how much money you want to make
  • The weight of how much individualized support your students are getting
  • How to use different pricing levels
  • The importance of factoring in your expenses
  • The process of overcoming objections

At the end of the day, you have to do what feels right to you, but hopefully these tips gave you some ideas to get started. Pricing shouldn’t be the thing that stops you from selling your flagship offer.  I hope this episode provides the framework to have somewhere to start. And don’t forget to experiment!  If one price isn’t working, guess what? You can try a different one.

I talk to a whole lot of people every single day who want to grow their online business, and so often I hear them asking the wrong questions to try to achieve that.

In today’s quick tip episode, I want to explain what I mean by the wrong questions, and challenge you to start asking different questions. Questions that are actually going to lead to your growth.

I’m going to share some of the questions that I hear all the time that I want you to stop asking, and some different questions that I want you to start asking.

At the end of the episode, I have a challenge for you, so be sure to tune in to find out what that is!

Do you have one flagship offer, or are you struggling with a whole bunch of offers that aren’t performing as well as you want them to?

Today I want to talk to you about how to create a flagship offer and why. There’s also going to be a part II of this episode where we’ll talk all about how to price your flagship offer. This is going to be helpful for you if you’re just getting started in your online business as a course creator, or if you're further along and you want to redefine or even replace your offer.

Too many people think that the more offers you have, the more revenue you're going to make as a result. The reality is that it's just going to confuse things and make it a lot harder to generate more revenue. The simpler, the better. I recommend starting off with one flagship offer.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • The value of understanding your target audience
  • The four Ps of an offer: premise, promise, process and price
  • The characteristics of a core premise
  • How to have a clear promise
  • Why it’s important to have clarity on your process
  • How I integrate the four Ps in my own offer

So now you know how to create your flagship offer, I hope you’re ready for more. I’ll see you back here next week for part II where we’ll discuss pricing your flagship offer.

If you haven’t already joined my brand new free Optimized CEO Community Facebook group, what are you waiting for? Jump in there! I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Do you want to start making a consistent income from your online business?

Today I want to share with you the quickest way to predictable $5K months in your business, because let’s be honest, we all want it.

I want to share my own experience from my business over the past seven years, as well as that of the hundreds of students that I've worked with over the years as I've helped them optimize, grow, and scale their online businesses. What have I learned? The quickest way to predictable $5K months is by having a flagship offer.

A flagship offer is what you’re known for, or what you’re becoming known for if you're still in the very early stages of your business.

The big mistake that I see so many online course creators making when trying to grow and scale their business is that they have too many offers. Their mindset is that the more offers that they have, the more money they’re going to make. I want to flip that and tell you why I believe that the fewer offers you have, the more money you’ll make and the faster you’ll grow.

What I see happen all the time is that when a course doesn’t sell well, the course creator decides that nobody wants their program and they say “hey, maybe I should create a membership instead.” This just leads to more and more offers, but doesn’t address the root of the problem. So let’s address it together today.

If you’re interested in what we’re talking about today, I want to invite you to join my brand new Optimized CEO Community Facebook group. This is a Facebook group exclusively for online course creators, membership creators, and online coaches who want to optimize their businesses to six or seven figures. If you're stuck in your online business, you cannot seem to find consistent growth like we've been talking about in today's episode, and you're unsure about the next steps that you should take, the optimized CEO community is for you. Have you thought about how hiring a team could save you time and make you more money? Who would your first hire be?

This is one of my favorite things to talk about. How you can create more freedom and leverage in your business through hiring a team.  And it’s not just about bringing people onto your team and into your business.  It’s really about having an optimized team. We’ll get into exactly what that means in the episode.

In the past several episodes I've talked about how in order to become the optimized CEO of your business, there are three areas that you've got to be focusing on: optimized sales, optimized mind, and optimized time. That third pillar is what we're really going to dive into today.

Optimized time means that you are planning and leveraging your time effectively so that you're hitting your revenue and impact goals within the amount of time that you want to work each week. A huge part of optimizing your time is having an effective and optimized team...because if you truly want to create a business with impact, you cannot do it yourself.

Today I want to take you through my thought process behind building an optimized team and how to prepare for your first hire.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • The value of having the mindset of a CEO
  • How to be strategic when considering what roles to hire for
  • Why you should be thinking about hiring before you think you need it
  • You should be hiring for the business that you want to create down the road
  • The importance of hiring people who align with your values and your vision
  • How to audit your time
  • Why you should have documented systems and processes in place for the tasks that you want to hire out
  • The benefits of having a 90-day trial period for new hires

Building an optimized team can create more freedom and leverage for you in your business. If you plan for your first hire efficiently, you will ultimately save time and make more money.

If what we’re talking about resonates with you, I want to invite you to join my brand new Optimized CEO Community Facebook group.

As the saying goes, you're the average of the five people that you surround yourself with. I hear all the time how lonely it can be sitting behind your laptop, running an online business and that’s why I want you to have a community of other amazing online course creators, membership creators, and online coaches to connect with.

In this group, you will find other entrepreneurs working to optimize and get unstuck in their business on their way to six or seven figures. If this sounds like you, be sure to join us at www.rickmulready.com/group

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Are you tired of running Facebook and Instagram ads and not seeing the results you want? The solution might be simpler than you think.

Today we're talking about Facebook and Instagram ads and how you can use them to double your next launch. But here's the thing. I'm not going to be sharing some secret tactic or strategy. What I am going to be sharing with you in this episode is what holds most people back from seeing success with their ads.

And what is it? Confidence.

I see this time and time again. People who double their launches have the confidence to spend money on their Facebook and IG ads.

On today’s show, I am breaking down how to create confidence in running ads. This is going to be helpful for you whether if you've been running ads for a while and haven’t seen the results you want from them or you haven’t run them at all.

Have you heard about my new Facebook community? The Optimized CEO Community is filled with other online course creators who are working to optimize and get unstunk in their business.  Join at www.rickmulready.com/group

Do you feel like you’re putting more into your business than you’re getting back? Whether that’s finances, time, or energy, you’re not the only one.

I've got an actual rocket scientist as my special guest on the podcast this week. Travis Albritton is an aerospace engineer who felt like he was wasting his life and wanted to create something bigger, more purposeful, and more impactful.  Travis decided to start an online business and founded a program called the Digital Missionary Academy.   He is also the host of the Practical Christian Podcast.

I asked Travis to join me on the podcast today so he could share his journey as he’s built his business, because I think it’s one that many can relate to. Travis dreamed of leaving his day job job and creating an online business, but in the first year he had trouble selling his course, so he’s had to figure out how to overcome setbacks and get better and better.

On today’s episode, you will learn how he overcame many obstacles, but most importantly,  you will learn what kept him from giving up on his dream of creating a business so that he could have deeper purpose in his life.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • The importance of choosing a life that is fulfilling to you
  • How to get back up when things don’t go as planned
  • Why it’s a mistake to think you’re smarter than Facebook
  • The value of building an email list
  • How to get in front of the right people
  • How you can learn from every mistake
  • Why Travis transitioned from a course to a membership
  • How Travis overcame anxiety and panic attacks around webinars
  • How Travis started to get some traction with his ads
  • The importance of giving things enough time to succeed
  • Why you have to be willing to not be profitable in order to learn how to become profitable

Travis has learned so many hard but valuable lessons as he’s built his business, and it was a great experience to sit down and ask him all about his journey. If you’re someone who feels unfulfilled at your current 9 to 5 and dreams of a life with deeper purpose, make sure to tune in to this powerful episode.

When most online course creators try to figure out what makes other course creators successful, they usually start by asking, “what are they doing?” If this sounds familiar (I know it does to me) I want you to know that you're asking the wrong question. The better question to ask is “what am I doing that they're not doing?” It can be hard to answer that question for yourself because you're too close to your own business, and that’s where I want to help. There is a brand new community of like-minded online course creators waiting for you inside the Optimized CEO Facebook group who are getting unstuck in their business. This is my brand new, totally free Facebook community. I am so excited about it, and you can join us right now. Go to www.rickmulready.com/group. We'll see you there.

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Do you want to grow your business more quickly and attract your ideal client?

In today's episode, I want to help you uncover a basic marketing blind spot that so many people have in their businesses, and that I had for a long time too. Whether you’re early on in your business and you're just trying to get traction or you have a successful business and you're trying to scale to seven figures, this is going to be relevant for you.

The marketing blind spot that I want to talk to you about is getting clarity on three things. Who you serve, what problem you solve for them, and how you solve that problem.

This is something that I want you to always be thinking about refining. Consistently asking these three questions and getting answers to them is going to help you grow and scale your business more quickly, attract the type of audience that you want to be serving, and scale your business for a bigger impact.

For those of you who are struggling with these questions, I have rebuilt my Foundations course for you. Foundations 2.0 is for online course creators who are feeling stuck in their business and trying to figure out how to get to $5,000 a month in revenue. This program is going to be your go-to resource for step by step curriculum, coaching and accountability.  It will help remove the guesswork of creating consistent revenue in your business. If you want to be the first to know when the all-new Foundations 2.0 opens up and to get access to special bonuses along the way, then I want to invite you to get on the waitlist at www.rickmulready.com/waitlist.

This is exactly what Neill Williams specializes in. If there’s anyone I trust to teach us about time management and efficiency, it’s Neill.

We’re getting into how to be more productive and effective in your business. We talk about the funnel that Neill uses to get people into her group coaching program and how it has evolved. She is sharing a key discovery she has made as she's been evolving her funnel over the past several months. She's going to break down what she’s seen and how she used that data to improve the quality of the people that she attracts to her sales calls. We also talk about why she started a podcast and how podcasting can add value to your business.

Neill Williams is a certified Master Life and Productivity Coach through The Life Coach School.  She coaches busy, overwhelmed entrepreneurs to unbusy their lives by reducing their work weeks and get more done so they can enjoy the freedom of the entrepreneurial lifestyle. She is the creator of the Unbusy Your Life Podcast where, each week, she teaches scheduling tips, tools, and strategies as well as mindset hacks to get more done in less time.  Her group coaching program, The Productive and Peaceful Life teaches how to create your dream schedule, only work the number of hours you want, and build a work-life balance that you can navigate with ease.

Neill's business has exploded since the last time she was on the podcast, so I am excited for you to join us to hear all about Neill’s journey to six figures over the last twelve months.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • Why you shouldn’t focus on the time you're spending, but on what you're creating within that time
  • How to be intentional about scheduling time
  • How to make offers more efficiently
  • The ways that Neill’s webinar funnel has evolved
  • The process of creating a webinar that attracts the right people
  • Why you should be paying attention to patterns
  • The importance of quality leads over the quantity of leads
  • The benefits of podcasting

Funnels are just one of the many ways that you can make your business more efficient.

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Do you like to set safe goals? The ones you know you can meet? What would happen if you started setting your goals higher and higher?

Today I want to talk about taking a different approach to goal setting, and here’s why.

When it comes to goal setting, what I find from a lot of people (and I've done this myself) is we don't set big enough goals for fear of what it means about us if we don't hit them. Well, what if you cared less about hitting the goal, and more about the growth you would experience while you were trying to hit it?

Join me as we talk about why we’re scared to set big goals, breaking through the glass ceiling, and how real growth happens. Hopefully, by the end of the episode, you’ll be thinking differently about goals.

I am back with another quick tip episode. These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Whether you're new to the online business game or maybe you've been doing this a while, I want to talk to you about choosing what kind of launch you're going to use in your business.

Here's a newsflash for you: there's no one “right” way to launch. Honestly, there are all kinds of different ways to launch. It's about you choosing what lights you up, what aligns with what you want to do, and what you enjoy doing, as well as what type of launch you think that your audience would most appreciate. The real magic comes from combining those two things.

So today we’re talking about choosing a launch and giving you some different options for where you might be in your business and what type of offer you might be selling.

And you won’t be surprised to hear, we're also going to be talking about the mindset around launching. I know. Mindset? On this podcast? Shocking.

If you're ready to figure out the “right” kind of launch for you, let’s dive in.

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

In this episode, we are talking about the one thing that allowed me to shift my mindset.  It’s the idea of playing your business like you’ve already achieved your goal.  And you can do this whether you want to have a six-figure business or you want to be a seven-figure CEO.

Rather than acting and making decisions based on past results or experiences, what if you started showing up and making decisions in your business right now as if you’ve already achieved what you’re going after.

When you start something and immediately think you will accomplish your goal, you’ll start showing up as more powerful, more confident, and more decisive in your decision making.  You’ll be more efficient with your time and more strategic, all of which contribute to your success

I encourage you to think about what it would be like if you ran your business like success was inevitable? What actions would you take? What would you do? Is this something you already do?  I would love for you to reach out to me on Instagram @rickmulready and let me know.  I love hearing from my listeners!

Did you catch episode 412 of the podcast?  I had my good friend, Colin Boyd, on the show and he has a free training series coming up on how to speak and sell from virtual stages.  This is perfect for you if you are doing webinars, video series, or live trainings.

In this training, Colin will show you how to find the perfect balance of content and selling in your webinars and presentations so that your audience is blown away by the value you provide.  And when they are blown away, they will be excited to buy from you!

He is breaking down why selling at the end of a webinar is the worst thing you can do and what you should be doing instead.  If you want to feel clear and confident on your next webinar, this is a training you won’t want to miss.  Sign up at www.rickmulready.com/webinarsales

A common misconception about the phenomenon called Imposter Syndrome is that you can “educate” yourself out of feeling it. This is not necessarily the case!

My guest today is Dr. Nicole Rankins and she is here to chat about how someone with an advanced degree in medicine and fifteen years as a practicing OB-GYN can still feel imposter syndrome.  Dr. Rankins is the go-to resource for comprehensive, evidence-based, holistic information about pregnancy and birth and also the creator of The Birth Preparation Course.

Dr. Rankins is one of my former accelerator students and her journey is one that I think so many of you can relate to which is why I was excited to have her on the show today.

Listen in to hear how Dr. Rankins overcame her imposter syndrome to grow her evergreen online course business to over 10K in revenue each month while still practicing medicine.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • How a practicing OB-GYN has found the time to build an online business
  • Why Dr. Rankins decided to grow a business on top of practicing medicine
  • Why it’s ok to earn money from serving others
  • Ways to protect your time by outsourcing tasks in your business
  • Steps Dr. Rankins took to overcome imposter syndrome
  • How Dr. Rankins uses video in her online business
  • When to reinvest in your business to grow further
  • Advice for people who are afraid to use video in their business

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

On today’s episode, I am sharing four things I’m seeing right now that is making it harder for you to get results with your ads.

Mistake 1: Not understanding your target audience

Mistake 2: Waiting for your launch to test

Mistake 3: Not leveraging the different ad types that Facebook offers

Mistake 4: Jumping right into CBO

Tune in as I break down these mistakes.   I hope you listen, learn, and go take action so you can see the results from your action.

If you didn’t tune in to my last episode yet, I encourage you to check it out.

Do you still find yourself thinking of sales as kind of sleazy? Do you wish your sales pitches sounded and converted better?

Maybe you have been wondering if webinars are dead... and my answer is absolutely not!  I think there is a misconception in the online space that webinars are dead, but that’s simply because there are a lot of people giving crappy webinars.

My special guest today is Colin Boyd and he is sharing some priceless advice and information about what sales is really all about and how to sell effectively.

Colin helps experts, course creators and coaches to speak confidently on stage to sell without coming across pushy or sales-y. He’s obsessed with creating step-by-step strategies that anyone can follow to become both confident and powerful at speaking and selling on live stage, webinar and video. He’s best known for Sell From Stage Academy® which is the leading program for growing your business through speaking. He lives in Newport Beach, California with his amazing wife and two little kids.

On today’s show we will be breaking open the misconceptions that so many people have around webinars and the fears and insecurities people have about selling.   You will learn what you need to do to have a webinar presentation that gets people to take action…. i.e. to make sales!

We’re talking about life during the pandemic, the difference between speaking to sell and speaking to educate, your purpose as a salesperson, and so much more.

On Today’s Show You’ll Learn:

  • The value of speaking confidently
  • A successful process of figuring out how to communicate what you do
  • How niching down can take you to new levels
  • A framework that will take you from uncertainty to specific action
  • The impact of speaking to sell vs speaking to educate
  • The purpose of a signature story
  • Your goal when making a sale
  • The enemy of a highly converting webinar
  • Why selling is the doorway to serving

One of my biggest takeaways from this episode was that selling is the doorway to serving. A lot of us can feel guilty about charging money to help people, but when you really take the time to think about it, income for your business is what enables you to serve them. I think that is really powerful.

Don’t forget to check out Colin’s video series launching on August 13th  “How to Speak and Sell From Virtual Stages”.  You can find the link to register at www.rickmulready.com/webinarsales

I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

In this quick tip episode, we are talking about something I see so often in the online space.  People being stuck in indecision fatigue.  I see posts in Facebook groups where people are asking for feedback on inconsequential things in their business instead of putting it out there and letting their clients and customers decide.

Many people often wait for other people’s approval and that is exactly what is holding them back.  We are not making a decision because we think that if we make a decision, it’s going to be the wrong one.

Over the years I have learned that if you want to be an effective, optimized CEO, you must be decisive.  You make decisions and live with the results of those decisions.  If they work out, great!  Do more of that! If something doesn’t work, figure out why and try something new.

Tune in to figure out why this might be the reason you are not making the strides you want to in your business.  Stop asking other people what their thoughts are.  Make a decision, get it out there and see what the response is.

Be decisive.  This is one of the key characteristics of an optimized CEO.  If you are ready to optimize your business for seven figures I invite you to check out my newly up-leveled Accelerator coaching program.  This program is for coaches, course creators, and online experts who are feeling overwhelmed and are unsure of what steps to take in their business.

What you think is keeping you stuck and keeping you from growing your business is not actually the problem.  You must optimize your mind, your sales, your time, and how you look at generating revenue.  If you are ready to think differently and think bigger about your business, head to www.rickmulrady.com/accelerator to find out more.
