Stephanie got to the point where her business was running her instead of the other way around, and this is when she made the decision to finally hire some team members. She is sharing some of the mindset shifts she has had when it comes to hiring and how this has helped her evolve as the CEO of her business.
Stephanie is a dual-certified special education teacher, Master IEP Coach®, children's book author, and teacher mentor. She has a passion for creating engaging, adapted resources for students with special needs. She also provides professional development for teachers at colleges, conferences, and school districts.
Stephanie is also a huge mental health advocate, sharing her experiences and struggles to let others know that you can survive the dark seasons and thrive in life and teaching with a mental illness.
