I am back with another quick tip episode.  These episodes have tips or strategies you can use to help you grow your online business so you can have a bigger impact and increase your revenue in the process.

Today, I want to talk about one of the biggest problems that I see course creators making (and I’m seeing it a lot).  The problem is they have too many offers. 

When you’re starting out, it’s pretty much inevitable that people are going to ask you for different things. Don’t get distracted by what other people are asking you for. If you aren’t focused on one offer, things are going to get really complicated and really messy.

So today we’re talking about how to simplify and focus on one offer, and how to decide which one it will be.
